right. Balloon hat festival. hmmm i thought they should actually hold it at siloso beach. palawan is too small for the overwhelming crowd.

this year, a lot more schools took part. but still as cool, though the feeling is different.

i'm too tired to say more. see for yourself.

i love how the balloons were freed. they flew far far away, maybe all the way to malaysia. ha.
